Making A Purchase
We accept any major credit card as payment. If your currency is not Sterling (GBP), your payment will be automatically converted by your
credit card company. We do not complete the charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may securely send your credit card information
via phone, fax, mail, email or through this secure website.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. In the
case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our prices include courier delivery to the UK including Northern Ireland.
Courier delivery for Europe & the rest of the world will be charged at the following rates:

USA £49.95
Other regions £69.95
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship your order to you within 2 business days. International orders are generally shipped within 3 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
To take proper care of your chess set, please follow the guidance given on the care sheet provided with your delivery. If you have misplaced your sheet, please contact us and we will gladly advise.

All of our ornamental chess sets are completely hand made and as a result of this slight variations in colour and size may be noticed upon close examination. This makes each set unique. If you feel that the variations are too great, please contact the sales office for further advice.
