Chess Analytics Researcher
I start with the problem most game writing leaves unmeasured: how position, material, tempo, and memory load actually change decisions at the board. I build annotated datasets from master games, puzzle trials, and traditional strategy games, then benchmark patterns against engine lines, error rates, and recall scores. My work turns chess design, competitive preparation, and tabletop logic into reproducible, reader-friendly evidence rather than elegant guesswork.
